REDEFINE INTERNATIONAL APPOINTS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


Redefine International, the FTSE 250 UK Real Estate Investment Trust (“UK-REIT”), today announces the appointment of Donald
Grant as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer, following the announcement last year that Andrew Rowell intended to resign.
Donald is expected to join the Company on 3 August 2015.

Donald, 41, joins Redefine International from fellow FTSE 250 constituent Capital & Counties Properties PLC, where he has been the
financial controller for the last six years. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has 17 years’ prior experience of working within
various banking and broking institutions.

Commenting on the appointment, Greg Clarke, Chairman of Redefine International, said:

“Donald will bring a wealth of relevant experience to Redefine International, coming from a strong real estate background and having
had a long career within the financial industry in global organisations. We look forward to working with him to support the ongoing
growth and success of the business.”
