DIRECTOR’S DEALINGS IN TERMS OF THE RBPLAT BONUS SHARE PLAN (BSP)

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 31 March 2015
in terms of which shareholders were advised of the vesting of BSP shares
allocated to eligible employees in April 2012 and more specifically the
vesting of 38 107 BSP shares issued to Mr MJL Prinsloo, an Executive
Director of the Company.

Furthermore, shareholders are hereby notified that Mr Prinsloo has
effectively taken delivery of the 38 107 BSP vested shares on 24 April
2015 after settling the tax liability in cash and his direct interest in
RBPlat shares has therefore increased to 101 270 ordinary shares.

The nature and extent of interests in the above transactions are direct
beneficial and off-market. Prior clearance to deal in the company shares
was obtained in terms of the company’s share dealing policy and in
compliance with paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements
