Dividend Announcement - STXNIK NEDBANK LTD SHARE CODE: STXNIK ISIN: ZAE000190500 DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE STX40 SHARE INSTALMENT Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SATRIX 40 and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SATRIX 40 (STX40) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 21.48 cents per STXNIK share instalment that is payable on Wednesday, 29 April 2015.The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places. The distribution amount is constituted by: - 21.27284 cents in respect of dividends; - 0.069 cents in respect of interest; and - 0.13816 cents in respect of scrip lending income. The gross dividend of 21.27284 cents per share instalment is made up of a gross local dividend of 2.91413 cents per share instalment and a gross foreign dividend of 18.35871 cents per share instalment. The gross local dividend of 2.91413 cents per share instalment is subject to the local dividend tax of 15 per cent, resulting in a net local dividend of 2.54849 cents per share instalment. There were STC credits of 0.47653 utilised. The gross foreign dividend of 18.35871 cents per share instalment due to foreign-dual listed shares is subject to the dividend withholding tax of 15 per cent, resulting in a net foreign dividend of 15.60490 cents per share instalment.
