LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaPlatinum debentures

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 23 April 2015, issued an additional 100,000
AfricaPlatinum debentures at an approximate issue price of R138.78 per additional
AfricaPlatinum debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 996.421 fine troy
ounces of Platinum bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 12,200,000 AfricaPlatinum debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 121,786.437 fine troy ounces of Platinum bullion.
