TRADING STATEMENT



In accordance with paragraph 3.4 (b) of the Listing

Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required

to inform shareholders as soon as there is a reasonable

degree of certainty that the earnings of the company are

likely to vary by more than 20% compared to the previous

reporting period.



Shareholders are hereby advised that the basic earnings

per share and headline earnings per share attributable to

ordinary shareholders for the year ended 28 February 2015

are expected to improve by more than 20% compared to that

reported for the previous corresponding period.



At this stage, the Company is unable to quantify, with a

reasonable degree of certainty, the specific number,

percentage or range to describe the difference and an

updated trading statement will therefore be released once

the Company is able to quantify the expected number,

percentage or range of the improvement in the financial

results.

The information contained in this trading statement has

neither been reviewed nor reported on by the Company’s
external auditors.
