(“the Act”) and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders

are hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form

that Regarding Capital Management Proprietary Limited, collectively with its clients, has

increased its interest in the securities of the Company such that the total interest in the

securities of the Company held by Regarding Capital Management Proprietary Limited

collectively with its clients has increased to 6,26% from 4,78% of the total issued securities of

that class in the share capital of the Company.
