RCS WITHDRAWS MOODY’S INVESTORS SERVICE PUBLIC RATING

BNP Paribas Personal Finance S.A became the 100% shareholder
of RCS on 6 August 2014, with the ultimate shareholder being
BNP Paribas S.A (A1 International Rating by Moody’s Investors
Service).

Subsequent to this change in shareholding, RCS appointed Fitch
Ratings Limited as its public rating agency in accordance with the
RCS Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, and as disclosed in
the SENS dated 24 February 2015.

Fitch Ratings Limited assigned a National Long Term Rating of
AA-(zaf)and a National Short Term Rating of F1+(zaf) to RCS with
a stable outlook.

RCS subsequently requested the withdrawal of the public issuer
rating provided by Moody’s Investors Service in February 2015 and
expects this process to be concluded shortly.
