RESULTS OF PROXY VOTING AT THE GENERAL MEETING
At the General Meeting held on 15 April 2015, the resolution proposed at the meeting was passed by vote on a show
of hands. For information, the following proxy votes were received prior to the meeting:

3. Total voting rights of shares in issue: 1,316,862,502. Every shareholder has one vote for every ordinary share
   held.
