SECONDARY LISTING OF CLOVER INDUSTRIES LIMITED ON THE NAMIBIAN STOCK
EXCHANGE

APPROVAL OF SECONDARY LISTING
Shareholders are advised that the Namibian Stock Exchange (“NSX”)
has approved the secondary listing of Clover on the NSX with effect
from Wednesday, 22 April 2015 under share code “CLN”. The Company’s
primary listing remains on the main board of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange.

RATIONALE FOR SECONDARY NSX LISTING
Clover Dairy (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd, which was started in 2011 has
grown considerably over the years. The company distributes both
refrigerated and non-refrigerated dairy and other FMCG products
throughout Namibia and currently employs approximately 80 people at
the depot situated in Windhoek.

Johann Vorster, Chief Executive of Clover commented: “We believe
that the NSX listing will broaden Clover’s investor base by enabling
Namibian investors to invest directly in Clover’s shares. This
listing will also assist in building relationships with Namibian
stakeholders which are important to the Clover Group, especially
considering our long-term strategic plans which include further
expansion into Africa.”
