The Company was informed on 10 April 2015 that on 10 April the following non-executive
directors of the Company acquired ordinary shares of US$0.54945 each in the capital of the
Company (“Shares”), pursuant to a scheme compliant with Paragraph 17 of the Model Code, as
follows:

carried out in London.
