(PTY) LTD IN ASTRAPAK ORDINARY SHARES

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122 of the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of
the following:

Regarding Capital Management (Pty) Ltd ("RE:CM") has notified the
company that accounts under its management have decreased its
holding in the company to 9.35% of the ordinary shares.
Accordingly, RE:CM’s holding represents 9.35% of the voting rights
in the company.
