CHANGE IN DESIGNATED ADVISOR

In accordance with paragraph 21.31 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are hereby advised that Chrometco has terminated Sasfin Capital’s services as the
Company’s designated advisor with effect from 1 May 2015.

PSG Capital Proprietary Limited has been appointed as the Company’s new designated
advisor with effect from 1 May 2015.
