RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY


In compliance with Paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that
Premium Corporate Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd has resigned
as Company Secretary to ArcelorMittal South Africa with effect
from Friday 17 April 2015.


The Chairman of the Board of Directors (“Board”), Mr Mpho
Makwana, expressed the Board's full appreciation and
thanked PremCorp for their valuable contribution over the
years.


Shareholders are advised that Mr Mohamed Adam (BA (Law), LLB,
LLM) has being appointed by the Board of Directors as the
Acting Company Secretary, with effect from Friday 17 April
2015, until a suitable replacement has been found. Mr Adam was
the Legal Adviser and Company Secretary at Eskom prior to
being appointed as General Counsel and General Manager
Regulatory Affairs at ArcelorMittal South Africa on 16
February 2015.
