Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 24 March 2015 is 6.108% p.a. (“JIBAR”).

Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 24 June 2015 (*Following), for the period
24 March 2015 to 23 June 2015, will be calculated based on a rate of 7.558% p.a. (145bps over
JIBAR).

* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall
be postponed to the next business day.
