WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND FURTHER UPDATE

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement
released on SENS on 12 December 2014 and the subsequent renewals
thereof published on SENS on 28 January 2015 and 11 March 2015
respectively, and are advised that the negotiations referred to
therein have been terminated. Accordingly the cautionary
announcement is hereby withdrawn and caution is no longer
required to be exercised when dealing in the Company`s
securities.

The transaction referred to above related to the agricultural
division. The Company will continue to search for a
multinational partner for its agricultural business to obtain
access to additional research and development properties and new
distribution markets for its products, in an increasingly more
competitive and technology driven market.

The Company also continues to evaluate potential acquisitions
in the water and other speciality chemicals fields.
