Voluntary suspension of shares on ASX and JSE

Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 17 March 2015 
and are advised that the Company has requested a voluntary suspension 
on the Australian Stock Exchange (“ASX”) its primary regulator due to 
the Company remaining in discussions with certain banks and funding 
agencies with respect to the funding required to retire the Group’s
indebtedness.

In line with its primary regulations, the Company has requested a 
voluntary suspension of its shares on the JSE Limited (“JSE”).
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the Company’s shares have 
been suspended from the ASX and the JSE with immediate effect.

Shareholders will be updated in this regard in due course.
