APPROVAL FOR FURTHER ISSUE OF UP TO 495 291 850 SHARES OF ROCKCASTLE GLOBAL REAL ESTATE COMPANY LIMITED
The Board of Directors of Rockcastle, which is listed on the Official List of the Stock Exchange of
Mauritius Limited (“SEM”) and the main board of the JSE Limited, is pleased to announce that the Listing
Executive Committee of the SEM has approved on 17 March 2015, the further issue and listing of up to
495 291 850 ordinary shares of the Company at a price per share that will not be less than the net asset value
per Rockcastle share at the time any such issue and listing is announced.
In line with the Company’s strategy of investing in real estate and real estate companies, as detailed in the
updated Listing Particulars dated 17 March 2015, the additional capital to be raised through the issue of
additional shares will be used by the Company to invest in listed real estate securities and/or direct property
in selected jurisdictions.
As required by the Listing Rules of the SEM, the updated Listing Particulars of the Company, will be made
available for inspection for at least 10 business days, during normal office hours (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Mauritian time) at the registered office of the Company which is situated at c/o Intercontinental Trust
Limited, Level 3, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene 72201, Mauritius.
