CHANGE IN SPONSOR

In accordance with paragraph 2.6A(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby advised that Morvest has terminated Sasfin Capital’s services as
the Company’s sponsor with effect from 31 March 2015.

PSG Capital Proprietary Limited has been appointed as the Company’s new sponsor with
effect from 1 April 2015.
