RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that at the General Meeting of shareholders held on Friday,
6 March 2015, all the resolutions tabled at the meeting were passed by the requisite
majority of Beige shareholders.

The special resolutions relating to the increase in the authorised share capital, the
consolidation of the ordinary share capital and the amendments to the memorandum of
incorporation have been filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission
(“CIPC”).   A finalisation announcement relating to the implementation of the claw-back
offer, the odd lot offer, the specific offer and the consolidation of the share capital
will be released on SENS once confirmation of registration of the relevant special
resolutions has been received from CIPC.

Details of the results of voting at the General Meeting are as follows:

   -   Total number of Beige shares in issue at the date of the General Meeting:
       1 631 821 425
   -   Total number of Beige shares that could have been voted at the General Meeting
       (excluding 87 624 017 treasury shares): 1 544 197 408
   -   Total number of Beige shares that were present/represented at the General Meeting:
       1 381 325 404, being 89.45% of the total number of Beige shares that could have been
       voted at the General Meeting
