Notice is hereby given of the proposed distribution amount relating to SATRIX 40 (STX40) as relating
to the Share Instalment Trust.

The last day to trade cum proposed distribution is Friday, 20 March 2015. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex proposed distribution from Monday, 23 March 2015. The record date will be
Friday, 27 March 2015. The proposed rate and payment date is yet to be announced.
