CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:

Following the appointment of Mr L C Verwey as the Financial
Director of Distell Group Limited, he has resigned as the
Financial Director of Capevin effective from 5 March 2015.
Mr P R Louw has been appointed as the Financial Director of
Capevin effective from 5 March 2015.

Mr Louw is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is the financial
manager at Remgro Limited, and represents Remgro Limited as a
director on various boards.

The board wishes to thank Mr Verwey for his contribution and
welcomes Mr Louw as an executive director of Capevin.
