POSTING OF INTEGRATED REPORT, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF AGM
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s December 2014 Integrated Report
containing the consolidated annual financial statements has been dispatched to
shareholders on Tuesday, 3 March 2015 and will also be available on the
Company’s website, www.bafokengplatinum.co.za, from 3 March 2015. The
consolidated annual financial statements contain no modifications to the
audited results published on SENS on the same day, 3 March 2015.
The Company’s auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., have audited the
consolidated annual financial statements and their unqualified report is
available for inspection at the Company’s registered office.
The sixth annual general meeting of RBPlat shareholders (“AGM”) will be held in
the Castello room at the Palazzo Hotel, Monte Casino Boulevard, Fourways, at
10:00 on Tuesday, 14 April 2015, for the purpose of transacting the business as
outlined in the notice of AGM forming part of the Integrated Report.
