RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Mr Khumo Shuenyane has resigned as an independent non-executive director of
the Famous Brands board of directors (“the Board”), and as a member of the audit committee,
with effect from 26 February 2015.

The Board would like to thank Mr Shuenyane for his contribution to the Company and wishes
him everything of the best in his future endeavours.
