CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS: CHANGE OF CFO AND APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR

Reunert wishes to advise its shareholders of changes to its board of directors:

Position of Chief Financial Officer

Reunert Limited hereby advises that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Ms Manuela Krog, has tendered
her resignation from the Reunert board. Manuela has indicated a desire to change her work-life balance
to spend more time with her family. The Company respects and supports her decision and would like to
thank her for the valuable and appreciated contribution she has made to Reunert during her tenure.
Manuela will step down from the Reunert board and as CFO on 31 March 2015. In order to ensure
continuity and a structured handover, her relationship with Reunert will continue from 1 April 2015 on a
consultancy basis and in a manner that recognises her decision.

Mr Nick Thomson has been appointed to succeed Manuela as CFO and financial director of Reunert.
Nick is a chartered accountant, with extensive financial and commercial experience. His work experience
includes serving as a senior partner of a major audit firm and, currently, as CFO and group financial
director of a listed entity. Nick is serving a notice period with his current employer and his appointment to
the Company will take effect on 15 June 2015.

Reunert has received a dispensation from the JSE in terms of which Mr Lood de Jager, the Reunert
group finance executive, will serve as the acting CFO of the Company and the Reunert group, from
31 March 2015 until Mr Thomson takes up his office at Reunert.

Appointment of executive director

The board has appointed Ms Mohini Moodley as Executive Director: Transformation and Human
Resources, with effect from 31 March 2015. Mohini joined Reunert on 1 September 2013 in the position
of group human resources and transformation executive.
