CHANGE OF YEAR-END AND CHANGE OF CURRENCY


The Board of Directors of New Frontier Properties Ltd wishes to inform its shareholders and the public in
general that:

- the Company has changed the denomination of its share capital from United States dollars (“USD”) to pounds
  sterling (“GBP”) under section 50(4) of the Companies Act 2001, effective from 10 February 2015;

- the shares of the Company will be listed and traded on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd in GBP as from 
  6 March 2015; and

- the Board has resolved to change the financial year-end of the Company from 31 December to 31 August,
  with effect from 20 February 2015.

New Frontier has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX of
JSE.
