RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to the announcement made on 19 November 2014, 25 November 2014 and
13 January 2015 respectively, the Company is still engaged in negotiations with a number of
parties with regards to acquisitions of varying sizes and, until details of these acquisitions are
published, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
securities of the Company.
