In accordance with Section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies
Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”) and Para 3.83 (b) of the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby
advised that Aveng has received formal notification on
Friday, 13 February 2015, that Investec Asset Management
Holdings (Pty) Ltd on behalf of various segregated
clients has, in aggregate, acquired an interest in the
ordinary shares of Aveng, such that the total interest in
the ordinary shares of Aveng held by its segregated
clients now amounts to 5.5096% of the total issued
ordinary shares of Aveng.
