RESULTS OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND THE LISTING OF LODESTONE ON THE ALTERNATIVE
EXCHANGE (“ALTX”) OF THE JSE


Investors are referred to Lodestone’s prospectus issued on Wednesday, 11 February 2015 and the abridged prospectus
released on SENS on the same date, detailing the offer by way of a private placement of Lodestone ordinary shares
(“private placement shares”) to invited investors and the subsequent listing on the AltX of the JSE of the company’s
shares (“the private placement”).

The private placement was more than 20 times oversubscribed and Lodestone has successfully raised an aggregate
amount of R122.4 million, by placing 24 million of its shares with invited investors at an issue price of R5.10 per
private placement share.

Successful applicants will be notified of their allocations from Monday, 16 February 2015. The allocated shares will
be credited to successful applicants on a ‘delivery-versus-payment’ basis on the date of listing being
Wednesday, 25 February 2015.

An application has been made to the JSE for the listing of 129 762 736 ordinary shares in the “Diversified REIT’s”
sector of the AltX of the JSE with effect from the commencement of trade on the JSE on Wednesday, 25 February 2015.
Shares will trade under the abbreviated name: “Lodestone”, JSE share code: LDO and
ISIN: ZAE000197935.
