TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, property entities are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they
are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the distribution for the period to be reported on next will
differ by at least 15% from the distribution for the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, the Company’s shareholders are advised that NEPI anticipates that its distribution per share for the six
months ended 31 December 2014 will be 17.35 euro cents per share, being 25.18% higher than the 13.86 euro cents
per share for the six months ended 31 December 2013.
NEPI shareholders are further advised that the Company anticipates that its distributable earnings per share for the six
months ended 31 December 2014 will be 15.53 euro cents. This together with the 14.16 euro cents distributable
earnings per share for the six months ended 30 June 2014 represents a 15% improvement over the distributable
earnings per share compared to the year ended 31 December 2013.
The financial results for the year ended 31 December 2014 on which this trading statement is based have not yet been
reviewed by NEPI’s auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC.
The reviewed Condensed Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended 31 December 2014 will be published on
11 February 2015.
