CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Mr Stanton van Rooyen has resigned as Company Secretary
with effect from 31 January 2015, although he remains with the Company and
will be focussing on developing the logistics business within the group.

Arbor Capital Company Secretarial Proprietary Limited (“ACCS”) has been
appointed with effect from 2 February 2015.
