SABMiller plc was notified on 2 February 2015 that Mr C A Van
Kralingen, a PDMR, had on 2 February 2015 exercised an option to
purchase 100,000 SABMiller ordinary shares at an option price of
£12.31 per share.

100,000 ordinary shares in the Company were subsequently sold at
a price of £36.0011 per share on 2 February 2015 in London.
