Njabulo holds a BA in economic history and industrial psychology from Natal University, and a BS in accounting (Magna cum laude) and a MS (accounting) from Long Island University, New York. He was admitted to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) in 1997. Njabulo holds a senior position at the Industrial Development Corporation, prior to which he held an executive position at Treacle Private Equity, a venture capital and private equity firm. Prior to his nine years at Treacle Private Equity, Njabulo spent four years in New York as a senior associate at Deloitte and Touche. The Board welcomes Njabulo and looks forward to his contribution to ISA. In addition, the Board hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Thapeli Matsabu has resigned as a non- executive director with effect from 30 January 2015. Thapeli remains employed by the Group as Chief Executive Officer of a new business venture, DataProof Communications, which ISA is undertaking in partnership with Thapeli.
