RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on
Thursday, 29 January 2015 (in terms of the notice dispatched on Friday, 28 November 2014)
all the resolutions tabled thereat were passed by the requisite majority of EFG shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:

-   total number of EFG shares in issue as at the date of the annual general meeting:
    90 592 973
-   total number of EFG shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting
    (excluding the treasury shares): 90 531 278
-   total number of EFG shares that were present/represented at the annual general
    meeting: 81 783 768 being 90.28% of the total number of EFG shares that could have
    been voted at the annual general meeting.
