AWARDING OF CONTRACTS

TCS has finalised an agreement with the Namibian National Police (“NAMPOL”), for the national
deployment of its traffic management system which included a service level agreement for a period of five
years which began on 23 January 2015. The deployment will be across thirteen regions in Namibia, starting
with the NAMPOL headquarters in the Khomas area. This project includes the roll-out of TCS’s mobile and
permanent speed and intersection (“Red light”) cameras throughout Namibia.

In addition to this, TCS launched its own co-developed state of the art electronic laser mobile camera in
January 2015. This followed an extensive development process which concluded with SABS approval.
These new cameras will be introduced in Polokwane, where TCS secured a contract in the last quarter of
the 2014 calendar year.

The Company will also embark on an introduction and marketing campaign to the market in general and is
positive that the new camera will be well received and supported. The Company expects to increase its
pipeline by at least R15million from these two contracts during the 2015 calendar year.
