RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND NEW CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

As previously announced on SENS on 31 October 2014, 3 November 2014 and 9 December 2014
respectively, shareholders are advised that Visual has signed a Memorandum of Understanding
for the development of Reebokfontein Village in Klerksdorp. The development agreement is
being drafted and a further announcement will be made in due course.

In addition, the Company is in negotiations with a large strategic entity in relation with its various
developments.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution until a further
announcement is made.
