DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN THE HOLDING OF THE B-LINKED
UNITS OF HOSPITALITY PROPERTY FUND LIMITED

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements
and Section 122(1) of the Companies Act, 2008,
unitholders are advised that Prudential Investment
Managers (South Africa) (Proprietary) Limited on behalf
of clients notified the Company on 19 January 2015 that
it had decreased its holding in Hospitality from 11,7% as
at 30 October 2014 to 0% of the voting rights of the B-
linked units on 17 December 2014.
