APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the following information is disclosed:

Adcorp’s Chief Financial Officer, Anthony Sher, will no longer
assume the role of acting Company Secretary as Kevin Fihrer will
be appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect
from 1 February 2015. Kevin, a Chartered Accountant, fulfilled the
role of Company Secretary of Kelly Group Limited (previously a
listed entity and now a subsidiary of Adcorp) from 2007 to date.
