Resignation Of Chief Financial Officer


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that, following the
completion of his two year assignment, Mr Matthias Wellhausen has
resigned as Chief Financial Officer and executive director of
ArcelorMittal       South   Africa   with   effect   from    15    March   2015.
Matthias     will    also   be   leaving    the   Group     to    pursue   other
opportunities.


Matthias was the Vice President of Finance and Controlling and
Chief Financial Officer of ArcelorMittal Group for the segment of
Asia, Africa and CIS before joining ArcelorMittal South Africa on
2 March 2013.


Mr Gerhard Van Zyl, appointed as the Group Controller on 1
October 2010, has been appointed as Acting Chief Financial
Officer, effective 15 March 2015, until the vacancy position for
the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director on the Board
is filled.


The Chairman of the Board, Mr Mpho Makwana stated the following:
“On behalf of the Board of Directors, we thank Matthias for the
excellent cooperation and his contributions to sustainably
improve the Company during his tenure as Chief Financial Officer.
His succession will assure continuation of the path on improved
grounds.   We wish him success in his future endeavours. ”
