The Company announces that on 29 December 2014 it was notified that ECP Galaxy Holdings S.a r.l (ECP) 
had on 29 December sold 4,355,547 Shares at an average price per share of GBP3.0203.

This share sale took place in London.

ECP is an affiliate of FR Galaxy Holdings S.a.r.l (FR) which is a connected person of William Macaulay, a
Director and PDMR of the Company.

After this sale by ECP, FR and ECP together hold 123,829,824 shares in the Company.
