NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND
PARAGRAPH 3.83(b) OF THE JSE LIMITED LISTING REQUIREMENTS

In accordance with paragraph 3.83 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements and section 122 of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008,
shareholders are advised of the following:

HIL has received notification that ADP II Holding 3 Limited has
acquired an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such
that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held
by ADP II Holding 3 Limited now amounts to 16.54% of the total
issued ordinary shares of HIL.

HIL has further received notification that RMB Securities
Proprietary Limited has disposed of its interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company such that the total interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company held by clients of RMB Securities
Proprietary Limited now amounts to 0.2% of the total issued
ordinary shares of HIL.

As required in terms of section 122(3(a) of the Act, the Company
has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
