ADvTECH receives approval from the Competition Commission for the Centurus
acquisition

The board of ADvTECH is pleased to announce that the Competition Commission has approved
the Centurus acquisition, which was previously announced on 16 September 2014, without any
conditions.    The transaction involves the acquisition of Centurus Colleges, comprising
Pecanwood College, Southdowns College and Tyger Valley College from Investec Bank Limited,
the Aljo Trust, the Hennops Valley Trust, the Inverkloof Trust and certain other individuals.

All conditions of the transaction have therefore been met and the agreement is therefore
unconditional. The parties are working towards the closing date of 13 January 2015.
