Director's dealings in securities     –   incentive   scheme
awards

Shareholders are advised, in terms of paragraph 3.63 of
the JSE Limited Listings Requirements (“Listings
Requirements”), that the following directors have been
allocated awards in terms of the DAWN Long Term Incentive
Plan ("LTIP") and the DAWN Deferred Bonus Plan (“DBP”) on
8 December 2014 as follows:

These awards are all direct beneficial and were made off-
market at the 5 days volume weighted average price of
R6,92 per share. Vesting date is 30 June 2017 for the
LTIP awards and 31 October 2017 for the DBP awards.

In terms of the Listings Requirements paragraph 3.66,
approval for the issuing of the awards has been obtained.
