CHANGES TO THE BOARD - APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
TCS (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders of the following appointments to the Board. Mr Pieter
Nieman (“Piet”) has been appointed as a non-executive director and member of the audit & risk committee
and Mr Francois Smit has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the
audit and risk committee with immediate effect.

Piet has a B Comm Hons in Economics from the University of Stellenbosch. He spent 7 years in the
banking industry before moving to his current role as an executive director of Circin Capital Proprietary
Limited, a firm specialising in investment banking, corporate finance and private equity portfolio
management.

Francois obtained a B Comm Hons in Accounting Science from the University of South Africa and qualified
as a Chartered Accountant in 2005. He completed his articles at a Cape Town based audit firm gaining
valuable experience in various business sectors and industries. Francois has experience in the local and
international hedge fund industry. He is currently Financial Director of G5 Investments Proprietary Limited.

The Board welcomes Piet and Francois and looks forward to their contributions to the Company.
