In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122 of the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of
the following:

BlackRock has notified the company that it has increased its
holding in the company by 0.04%, increasing its holding in the
company from 51,994,535 to 52,388,003 shares. Accordingly,
BlackRock’s holding represents 5,03% of the voting rights in the
company.
