DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES

In accordance with section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as
amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification
in the prescribed form of the following movement in the securities of the Company:

Old Mutual PLC has disposed of a beneficial interest in the Company securities, such
that the total interest in the securities of the Company held by Old Mutual PLC have
decreased to 44.64% (previously 48.94%) of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
