CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Further to the announcement released on 5 December 2014
wherein shareholders were advised that all resolutions
pertaining to the proposed BEE transaction were passed,
shareholders are advised that Mr Thabo Mokgatlha CA(SA)
has been appointed as the Chief Executive Director of
the Company effective 1 January 2015.

Mr Rob Etchells will remain as a director of the Company
as Chief Operating Officer.

The board wishes to thank Rob for his dedication and
steadfast commitment to the turnaround process
undertaken during the past 18 months and looks forward
to his continued contribution in the next phase of the
Company’s strategy to unlock shareholder’s wealth.
