The private placement was substantially oversubscribed and Pivotal has successfully raised an aggregate amount of R1.02 billion, by placing 60 000 000 of its shares with invited investors at an issue price of R17.00 per private placement share. Successful applicants will be notified of their allocations by Wednesday, 3 December 2014. The allocated shares will be credited to successful applicants on a ‘delivery-versus-payment’ basis on the date of listing being Monday, 8 December 2014.
