Notification in terms of section 122(3) of the Companies Act and paragraph 3.83(b)
of the JSE Listings Requirements

In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008) ("Companies
Act") and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Wescoal has received notification in terms of section 122(1) of the Companies Act that:
    -   Waterberg Portion Property (Pty) Ltd has disposed of all of its beneficial interest in the
        ordinary shares of the company, such that its beneficial interest after the disposal of
        securities of the company amounts to 0% of the total number of issued securities of the
        company;
    -   Eric Thuthukani Mzimela has acquired a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the
        company, such that his beneficial interest after the acquisition of securities of the
        company amounts to 7.02% of the total number of issued securities of the company; and
    -   Muthanyi Robinson Ramaite has acquired a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of
        the company, such that his beneficial interest after the acquisition of securities of the
        company amounts to 19.9% of the total number of issued securities of the company.
