shareholders are hereby advised of the appointment of Ms Tantaswa Fubu as independent
non-executive director and member of the Audit committee effective 27 November 2014.
Tantaswa is currently the Executive Head of People and Transformation at KPMG and the
national president of the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants of Southern
Africa and is a chartered accountant and holds various other academic qualifications.
