CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND WITHDRAWAL OF PREVIOUS CAUTIONARY
Shareholders are advised that Poynting has entered into negotiations in respect of the possible disposal
of loss making parts of the business which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the
price of the Company's securities.
Furthermore, shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 16 July 2014 and the
subsequent renewal of cautionary announcements, the last of which is dated 16 October 2014, regarding
the acquisition by the Company of 100% percent of the issued share capital of Radio Networks Solutions
Proprietary Limited (“RNS”).
Shareholders are advised that negotiations regarding the acquisition of RNS have been terminated as the
board is of the view that the strategic rationale and potential synergies in acquiring RNS will not, at this
stage, be realised by the Company.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until
a further announcement is made.
